Ford Transit 1998 Di 2.5

Hello fellas.
Im Mr.B From Scandinavia, a part where it gets down to -30c , like the past 2 winters.
The engine is a Di 2.5 4cyl. Bosch Rotary IP.

The Transit van has a heated SS-tank i made.
As a Fuel pump i use a Facet mounted on the tank which pushes it to the heated Bosch filter, fitted on tank.
From there the fuel and coolant lines travel within the insulated seamless tubing to the enginebay.
There is a small plateheating element.
I only have one Hydraforce, to select Diesel / WVO before the IP.
The IP is looped .

I buy my WVO , its clean and de-watered .
Never really had any problems even on the coldest days of winter. its been very cold , the last 2 winters, down to -30.
The heated tank is insulated and keeps the stuff warm over night. I never had any POLY problems although my Wvo in the tank got up to +65c on long trips. I do have a valve for this flow..

I cleaned the tank for the first time , been using it for 2+ yrs./ 60.000km absolutely clean.

Also i have converted a Land Cruiser 1987 TDi 4.0 and a Mercedes 300 1991 .
Great cars for Wvo.
