Those don't do much to affect starting or coking, since both problems are caused by cold cylinder walls. Its not surprising that your cold starts are bad on V100. This is why I run V80 max. on mine, since any time it takes more than a few seconds of cranking, cold WVO is being scraped off the cylinder walls and getting into the rings where it can coke.
