Fats accumulating in the IBC containing waste vegetable oil.

Hi I’m Steve please to meet you all, Can anyone give some advice as I have a small waste vegetable oil collection round. The majority of the time the oil I collect is pretty good but on some occasions depending on the season that we are in poor grade oil and fats seem to accumulate in the IBC. The oil is collected in smaller barrels but is then pumped into the IBC. The oil is at a cold room temperature at the time it runs through the pump but then as it all settles in the IBC as you can imagine it sticks to the insides. A couple of biodiesel stations take the whole lot but I’m wanting to eliminate this problem if there is such a thing or a procedure that I could incorporate to eliminate this problem. In the summer there doesn’t seem to be this problem?

As temperatures cool below 50°F, then PHO and fats settle out of the UVO. Pump from the clear layer above to avoid them.
