wvo idi conversion

I have a 1988 f250 4x4, originally a 6.9 truck, now 7.3 turbo idi with 5 speed and f350 axles. injectors and (turned up) I/P seem pretty fresh, It has two factory tanks I decided to make the front tank the veggie tank and dropped it to install an arctic fox tank heater, from the tank fuel goes to an electrically heated sedimentator and then a coolant heated fuel filter. The factory Pollack valve was bad and returning fuel from the back tank into the front tank so I replaced it with a manual brass 6 way marine fuel valve, after the valve I have a home made tube in tube coolant heated heat exchanger (1x3 square tubing with end plates and 5/8 hose barbs welded over the ends and a 1/8 inch pipe going all the way through for the fuel) so far the truck runs excellent on d2 and wvo I had trouble with air intrusion at first but finally found all my leaks. This is my first try at this and I think it should work ok but I would like to hear advice/ tips from other veggie burners

Glad you got the air leaks fixed. My concern with this setup is the purge duration, and cross contamination of fuel, especially veggie to diesel tank, after you switch back to diesel. Do you have veggie running through your stock filter?
