Suggestions on pump for wvo centrifuge setup

Postby Rkmcdon » Fri Oct 25, 2013 10:52 am

I found this great post by Sunwizard on a 1 barrel wvo centrifuge set up.

about4.html

I'm going to try to do this. I'd like to buy a pump/motor instead of the ps pump mod he used. He does suggest a pump/motor assembly but it's over $400. Anyone know of a pump/motor that can pump hot oil (160-180 degrees) at up to 100psi?

Thanks,
Rodney

You can sometimes find them on ebay, the trick is finding a gear pump with the right specs. Obedorfer N991 is a good one that I found a pump/motor combo on ebay for $25, shown in that post.
