Finished my wvo filtration system

Postby Rkmcdon » Mon Feb 24, 2014 5:35 pm

Just wanted to post up some picks of my wvo filtration system. Based it off of Sunwizards write up with only a few modifications. I have about 20 gallons of wvo and have secured 3 local sources of wvo. I am doing a frame off resto mod of a 1979 Toyota FJ55 Land Cruiser and will be swapping in a Cummins 4bt diesel with a 2 tank heated system.

I bought the Dayton pump off ebay for $180 (you can get cheaper but couldn't pass on this pump at this price)
The centrifuge from Dieselcraft
Dolly was $35 from Harbor Freight
The 1/4" fittings and pressure relief valve from grainger
The 55 gallon barrel with lid ($15) water heater elements and all the other fittings from ACE hardware

This setup looks great! What motor are you using to power the pump?
