Hi welcome to the 8) forums, and you're welcome. I think I like this new format. I just hope it doesn't become a huge burden trying to ban the porn spammers!

It will be, unfortunately.

I was admin on a PHP forum we had just for my extended family. I got 5-10 new "spam" users a day.

I had to change the settings so that new users couldn't post until they had been "approved" by the board admin. You may find you have to do the same. Let me know if you want a hand with that.

I like the idea of a small, more focused veg burning group. 'Mind if I join you?
Cheers,

found my way over from other forum. if you are converting an old benz there is something to be learned from my converion. it can be made simpler if desired.

SW thanks for setting this forum up, it has the potential of becoming one of the best VO resources available.

The more I use it the more I like it. Very easy to navigate and post and edit messages. The other forums are like trying to work on your truck with just a crescent wrench, flat blade screwdriver and a dull steak knife. This is like having a full toolbox. I will be directing new users at other forums over here for access to better information.
