closed for the weekend?

Postby leftcoastjeff » Sat Apr 26, 2008 5:21 pm

Is this forum "closed for the weekend?" or is it just me?
Are all the posters posting from thier 9-5/M-F day jobs?
Please prove me wrong.

Yes but I find it easy to avoid poly by simpler methods: storing in full containers with no air. Once I open a barrel or cubie, I use it within a month or 2.

Wasn't thinking of it as hijack mode that should have been done in a different thread...

was just laughing at it as a whole. Just struck me as funny.

First please vote up there, and in real life, please!

This banter is "Off topic" I thought I would shake the tree in the proper place. I now see who's listening and who's only reading.

Hijacked is not exactly the term I would use, maybe bait and switch,
a little closer to the mark.

granted, I was boared between tasks," FPHE 1st model done, 9' of tubing, done, and wanted some off topic banter, trying to be good elsewhere on this forum, (how am I doing now?)

Anything to add? like the moon is made of canola oil? :D

Delete the part that's not off topic. I did my best. I'll try again next weekend when most of my work is done and no-one to play with :D
Go ahead and say it....get a life, but you soon forgot sweet poly, brown eyes, deep brown, well maybe a little amber in color.....

Wife says to bed, I follow

Is that off topic enough?

LCjeff

OBTW, white sugar sand, purple sunset, hardwood fire, 44F local brew, "MMMM beer",50F at the beach all night, and spring has yet to spring everwhere but here! "off topic" I really hate to rub it in, you know.

There were 14 of us online then.

I'm the boss too.

That didn't seem to stop the seemingly dodgy Doctor I went to see the other day insisting I take a certificate for work and asking how many days off I wanted!
I told him, I can have whatever and when ever day Off I want so when I come see you, you can trust that it's for no other reason that I'm F**N sick and want something to make me better, not just an excuse for a sickie!!
Next time I'll make sure that when I'm crook , it's when my regular doc is there!

I have also noticed that many forums seem to be quiet over weekends. Maybe people are online but don't contribute like they do on weekdays or while at work?

sorry if you guys miss understood me. LIke I said in my second post..... my comment about changing gears was just that it struck me funny to have happend so fast.

It had nothing to do with the thought that things should be deleted or rearranged or anything like that to keep things on topic to this thread.

This is the off banter section where things will flow more like a muddy water river of info. flowing thru hill and dell. Now the other forums..... well they are more like a pipe of clean water of information that needs to be purposefully plumbed in certain directions.

boy that is a stupidly complex .02 about all this. And its even off topic to this thread too LOL
