A couple of questions on components

I am in the process of gather the components of my system. I am having a hard time finding a couple of items.
1. Most importantly I would like to find a electric temp gage that reads down to at least 40f. I would really like one to read down lower than that but 40f would work. I have looked on the links in the parts thread and couldn't find anything.
2. I would like to find a 10 plate heat exchanger. I have done the calcs. and the TIH should be enough by itself so why have a over sized heat exchange?

That digital temp gauge is a pretty good deal @ $42, the sender is another $17 but that's still not too bad.

Up here in Canada, I was able to get an electric temperature guage WITH SENDER for under $30. It's a bit cheap looking but it works, and I could get a matching vacuum gauge for $22

I bought the 16 plate HE it should be on its way. I just have to figure out how many sending units I want for the temp gauge and I will order that two.

I like a final heat exchanger because some grease filter coole the oil untill several minuted after the switch over.

If you want to go down to below 40F, you can use one of those cheap wired outdoor temperatue gauges. I have bought a few for less than $10 each. My primary system temp gauge is a factory sender in a T on the FPHE that is switched to the stock engine temp gauge when I switch from diesel to grease. (I also switch tank fuel level senders to the stock fuel gauge on change over.)

Where did you find those gauges? Wonder if I can get them on this coast?
