Off-the-shelf Additives to WVO ; Peoples experience?

Postby all_grown_up » Fri Aug 29, 2008 12:35 am

My Diesel mechanic has suggested "Redline" as a good additive to diesel fuel for cleanin injectors but he has no experience with WVO.

I am more than a little reluctant to dump a bottle into my WVO tank, not being a chemist. Does any one have experience with this or similar additives.

Also there are a number of additives being sold for biodiesel and WVO. Many of these are being sold on the Fryer to Fuel webiste and include "BIodiesel Fuel power", "Diesel injector Cleaner" "Hot four in 1"

etc.
Anyone have any thoughts or experience on these additives with WVO?

before switching to WVO in my Dodge '04....... I have been using RXP. its available on the shelf at Auto Zone. 1/2 oz per 15gals fuel. do the research on RXP.com you will see that its a great product. It should do the job of keeping your cylinders, injectors clean :D
