i have heard that my IP is maby cooled by the fuel(dont know). how about building a rail heater, either wrap the rail with heater hose or copper tubbing. has any one done this on another type auto?

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? Make sure you always have fuel pressure. Might not be a bad idea to watch rail pressure as well.
If you are blending 10%-15%, 120 deg will put you close to the right viscosity. I would use an artic fox thermostat to control coolant flow. You do not want 180 deg fluel going through lift pumps and your high pressure pump (CP3.) It does use fuel to cool it.
