Edit the first message on page one to clearly state what you are selling.
If you are no longer selling the 10 plate FPHE in the insulated box then I will no longer be recommending this site to those seeking a good deal on a FPHE.

Dear John ,

I never sold a 10 plate FPHE.
I clearly state in my new offer what I am selling.
Due to a cheating partner I am unable to sell the Insulation box,
but the 20 Plate FPHE with 4 swiffel connectors for CDN $ 100.00
excluding shipping, handling and insurance.
Before every sale all of my valued customers get a Proforma Invoice
so there can be no doubt what I’m selling, nor what they are getting

I understand that that may upset you but can't help it.
Sorry, John

Best regards

Of course you did, I know people who have them. They came with fittings and an insulating cover. They were a quality product at an attractive price.

Hi John,

I appreciate your advice.
If you think my advertising is clumsy...you may be right.
I might be not as professional as you are.
I fully agree that a complete new ad might be the better option.

I never, ever sold a 10 plate heat exchanger in my live.

You are wrong and I do not understand why you insist on saying that.
I like to offer you the sum of CDN $ 1000.oo if you can name one customer by name and address and proof that I sold such an item.
I started selling 20 plate and only 20 plate as advertised and never changed.

Let me thank you for advertising my product.
Let me also say it is no fun to be called a liar on this forum

John Galt wrote:Sure Klaus, whatever you say Klaus. I'm holding one of the 10 plate FPHEs you sold with the fittings and the insulated box. A colleague bought a few from you [I saw the box and invoice from you] and sold one to me. Very nice product BTW.

You would really do well to abandon this discussion, as I have, since you're only shooting yourself in the foot.

Best of luck with your new products, however I will no longer recommend them.

Hi John,

Now it's time for action.

Name horse and rider and you have the money in your pocket

I would say you owe me that .
It’s my reputation which is on stake
It’s absurd a 10 plate would not fit in my insulation box which was made for 20 plate.

....and John, I am not going to delete my message, even if I do not sell one more item to this audience

My advertising might be clumsy as John Galt suggests.

But I even take bad advertising if it is about my reputation as a seller.
Somebody is lying and it is not me.

I offer a THE THOUSAND DOLLAR to John’s colleague if he comes forward with proof that I ever sold a 10 plate FPHE to him.

John,

In relation to your claims of me selling 10 FPHE's, I can most assuredly guarantee you that I have never sold or in fact even owned a 10 Plate HE.

I am at a loss as to the reason behind your insistence I have sold these units but as I know you to be a person that is big on backing up what one says with factual evidence, if you want to continue with what I can only assume is confusing me with someone else, please provide links or a verifiable statement from someone that you believe has bought one of these units from me.

It appears you have never bought one from me directly, but if you have seen an invoice bearing my name, please post a scan of it up here. Other than that, perhaps since you seem to know so many people that have bought one from me, you may ask them to put up a post here saying so with some form of contact so it can be verified they are legitimate and not merely sock puppets.

I believe people know me to be an honest and trustworthy person and certainly not someone who is prone to lying to cover their own backside.
If you have no proof other than your hearsay to back up your allegations, perhaps people will give me credit for knowing what I have and have not sold and make room for what I know to be fact and give me the benefit of the doubt accordingly.

I have no reason to deny selling 10 plate HE's so I can only take your insistence that I have, to be either a mistake on your part or some sort of attempt to undermine my credibility.

I guess I came in too late on this discussion to follow it all but I think I get the gist of it.

As one person has stood behind what they have said and even offered a cash bounty for proof to be issued and that hasn't been forthcoming, I guess we can deduce from the comments left untouched and the others which have been deleted, whom was right all along.

Interesting to see who was in fact shooting themselves in the foot and abandoned the discussion rather than admitting their errors.

I don't expect to see any forthcoming apologies though for the obviously incorrect aspersions and attempts at character assassination.

Where is your advertising BMW?
I am knowledgeable in this field and I would be happy to give you any pointers that may help.
That said, other than this particular case, has anyone else been "confused" by your marketing so far?
If not, then it is safe to say that there is no problem.
You don't make the rules to suit the exceptions and there are always going to be exceptions that you no matter what you do, will never be satisfied or appeased.

When these people threaten to never recommend you to any of their friends, it is a god send rather than any sort of detriment.
People of like mind associate together and the last thing you want is one Pain in the backside sending all their other pain in the backside friends to you creating more problems!

I myself have in fact had very good clients come to me because people known to be troublesome have gone out of their way to deter them from coming near me. I have even done it myself. I remember going to a business and the person carrying on chapter and verse about how bad their competitor was and the first thing I did when I got out the door was look up the person they were running down and head straight to see them.

Of course as I suspected, they were great to deal with and we had a long and very profitable business relationship!

You're only making yourself look foolish by pursuing this one sided game.
Find something more meaningful to amuse yourself.
Whether you're right or wrong makes no difference to me.
Believe whatever makes you feel good.
I've moved on, you should too.
