24 valve dodge - schematic?

Postby MTveg » Sun Jun 27, 2010 9:06 am

I am about to convert my 24valve. I know the limitations of the VP44 but with a proper veg lift pump (FAAS or RAPTOR) I know there are folks out there who have had excellent success with the 24v.

Questions. 1) Is there a working schematic (like the one on the pre 98.5 era) on this forum that details the 24v conversion? I suspect it is largely similar to pre-98 except that we need to bypass the diesel lift pump.

2) Anyone pics on valve locations, and tie-in points for diesel supply and return?

THANKS

(post edited after doing a bit more research on the forum)

2000 Dodge 24v, figuring I use a FASS or RAPTOR for veg lift pump.

THANKS

The truck does a little over 29 miles to the gallon

Those are no doubt imperial gallons which are 20% greater than engineering [US] gallons.
That would convert to 24 MPG for Americans.
